You ordered the wrong soap for your personality. Now what?

We make things that touch your face, your pits, your beard, and sometimes your soul. So here’s the deal:

Personal Care Products – Final Sale

Soap, beard oils, balms, steamers, bath bombs—once they leave our hands, they’re yours.
Due to hygiene and FDA guidelines (and basic common sense), these are not returnable unless:

We sent the wrong thing
It showed up looking like it fought a blender

If it's unopened and in new condition, we will accept a return within 14 days, but don't push it.

Candles, Wax Melts, and Incense – We Get It

Hate the scent? You’ve got 14 days—burned or unburned—for candles and wax melts
Incense must have at least 5 sticks left in the packaging
No scent shaming—we know not everyone loves "Citrus Regret" or "Vanilla Breakdown."

If We Screwed Up

Wrong item? Missing stuff? Candle exploded like your ex’s texts?
